Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Rub lamb chops with a bit of oil and the Herbs de Provence or Rosemary Garlic seasoning.
Let the chops sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 5 minutes, then flip the chops.
Cook for another 4-6 minutes for medium-rare.
Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
