Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
Pat the halibut fillets dry with a paper towel.
Rub the fillets lightly with olive oil and the Lemon Dill or Citrus Pepper seasoning.
Place a piece of parchment paper or foil in the basket if desired.
Place the fillets in the basket, skin-side down.
Cook for 9-11 minutes, depending on thickness.
Check that the fish flakes easily with a fork before serving.
