
Look at you, star student.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and thoroughly dry the cherry tomatoes.
Toss gently with a small amount of olive oil and seasonings.
Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 8 minutes until the skins blister and pop slightly.
Carefully remove them as they will be extremely hot and delicate.
Serve immediately or let cool slightly before adding to salads.
