Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Carefully halve the acorn squash, scoop out the seeds, and cut into 1/2-inch thick wedges.
Lightly spray the wedges with oil and toss with seasonings.
Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 15 minutes, flipping them carefully halfway through.
Test for doneness by piercing the flesh with a fork; it should be very tender.
Let cool for a minute before serving, as the sugar gets very hot!
