
Look at you, star student.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Tear or cut the seitan into bite-sized strips.
Toss the strips lightly with oil and the Buffalo Wing, Korean BBQ, or Taco Tuesday seasoning.
Arrange the strips in a single layer in the basket.
Cook for 5 minutes, then shake the basket or flip the strips.
Cook for another 4-5 minutes until the edges are nicely browned.
Toss in sauce immediately after removing from the basket.
