    Prepare 1 lb ground beef, 1 egg, 1/3 cup breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper and form it into equal-sized mini loaves (about 4 to 5 ounces each).

    Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

    Place the mini loaves into the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving a little space between each.

    Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes to brown the outside and set the shape.

    Brush the tops of the loaves generously with ketchup or BBQ sauce.

    Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
