Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Peel the squash, remove seeds, and cut into uniform 1-inch cubes.
Toss the cubes with oil and the Cinnamon Sugar or Brown Butter Sage seasoning.
Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 18 minutes, shaking the basket every 6 minutes.
Check for tenderness with a fork; the edges should be browned.
Serve warm as a side or salad topper.
