Pre-cooked polenta logs crisp up beautifully in the air fryer. They are faster and easier than making them from scratch. You'll find the full recipe and air frying instructions on this page.

  • 1 tube pre-cooked polenta (usually 18 oz)
  • Oil spray
  • Salt, pepper, grated parmesan

  1. 01Slice the polenta tube into rounds, then cut each round into fry-shaped sticks about 1/2 inch wide.
  2. 02Spray lightly with oil.
  3. 03Season with salt, pepper, and parmesan.
  4. 04Ready for the air fryer. Handle gently. Pre-cooked polenta is soft and breaks if you're rough.
The polenta tube from the grocery store is already cooked and set. You're just crisping the outside. Don't make polenta from scratch for this recipe. The tube is the shortcut and it's the right move. Look for it near the pasta or in the deli section.
