Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Line the air fryer basket with a piece of parchment paper designed for air fryers.
Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of shredded parmesan cheese onto the paper.
Flatten the mounds slightly and leave space between them so they can spread.
Cook for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden at the edges.
Let them cool completely on the parchment before peeling them off to serve.
