Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
Slice firm bananas into thin, even coin shapes.
Lightly coat the slices with cooking spray or a dash of lemon juice.
Place the slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 15 minutes, flipping the chips carefully halfway through.
Remove and let cool completely; they will crisp up as they rest.
