Fill each pepper half with softened cream cheese or softened cream cheese mixed with shredded cheddar and a pinch of garlic powder.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
Place the stuffed peppers cheese-side up in the basket.
Cook for 8 minutes until the peppers are blistered and the cheese is golden.
Let cool for a few minutes before eating to avoid burning your mouth.
