Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Pat fillets dry and score the skin lightly.
Season the flesh side with the Miso Ginger or Sesame Ginger seasoning.
Place fillets skin-side up in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 8 minutes without flipping.
Check that the skin is crispy and meat is opaque.
Remove carefully and serve warm.
