    Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).

    Pat fillets dry and score the skin lightly.

  3. 03

    Season the flesh side with the Miso Ginger or Sesame Ginger seasoning.

    Place fillets skin-side up in the air fryer basket.

  5. 05

    Cook for 8 minutes without flipping.

  6. 06

    Check that the skin is crispy and meat is opaque.

  7. 07

    Remove carefully and serve warm.

Stores 2 days refrigerated. Reheat at 300°F (150°C) for 4-5 minutes. The high fat content helps it hold up well. Strong smell on reheat though.
