Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the fillets dry and apply your marinade or rub.
Place skin-side down on a piece of parchment paper in the basket.
Cook for 10 minutes until the top is deeply caramelized.
Check that the flesh flakes easily.
Carefully lift out with a spatula and serve.
