Turkey meatloaf can dry out, so this recipe uses olive oil and milk-soaked panko for added moisture. Don't skip these ingredients. Find the complete recipe with ingredients, instructions, and air frying times on this page.

  1. 01Soak panko in milk for 2 minutes.
  2. 02Combine with all ingredients. The olive oil is insurance against turkey's leanness.
  3. 03Divide into 6 loaves. Top with ketchup.
  4. 04Ready for the air fryer.
Turkey meatloaf dries out faster than beef. The olive oil, milk-soaked panko, and egg are all doing moisture duty. Don't skip any of them. If your turkey is "extra lean" (99%), add another tablespoon of oil. There's a floor on how much fat you can remove before the meatloaf becomes sawdust.
