Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cut sheets of dry rice paper into smaller, chip-sized squares or triangles.
Lightly spray the pieces with oil and dust with the Furikake or Togarashi seasoning.
Place a few pieces at a time in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until they puff up and turn white and crispy.
Remove carefully and repeat with the remaining batches.
