Boil rigatoni, farfalle, or penne (any short shape with ridges or pockets) until al dente, then drain and pat dry.
Toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, parmesan, and spices.
Spread the pasta in an even layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 minutes for even crisping.
Check for a deeply golden, crunchy texture and serve with dip.
