Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Cut pita bread into small triangles using a knife or pizza cutter.
Lightly brush or spray the wedges with olive oil and season.
Place in the basket, slightly overlapping is okay but do not overcrowd.
Cook for 8 minutes, tossing halfway through.
Check for a golden-brown finish and serve.
