Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Arrange regular or turkey pepperoni slices in a single layer in the basket.
Place a trivet or air fryer rack over them if you have one, to prevent them from flying around.
Cook for 5 minutes until the edges are crispy and curled up.
Carefully remove the pepperoni chips with tongs.
Place them on a paper towel to drain excess grease and crisp up further.
