Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Peel the green plantains and slice them very thinly using a mandoline.
Toss the slices with a small amount of oil and salt.
Arrange in the air fryer basket, trying not to overlap too much.
Cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket vigorously halfway through.
Check for crispness and serve with guacamole, salsa, or a black bean dip.
